As a broker, Simply Sourced is an intermediary and facilitates the agreement between the client and venue, but does not sign the agreement.

We facilitate the transfer between the sales team and your CSM and are available as an advocate from pre-planning to post-event. We work with you on any necessary changes that may come up with the contract and your relationship with the venue.

Yes, we offer contract consulting services to discuss contracting strategies and risk mitigation or help navigate contract changes when needed. However, we are not lawyers and we strongly recommend that all contracts be reviewed by a qualified attorney prior to signing.

We are completely focused on sourcing and contracts and do not provide event planning support. However, our preferred partner, Eighth Square, is highly recommended for all your event planning (and marketing) needs.
